Posh Nosh Buffets – Booking Terms and Conditions

 Orders must be:

Placed before 4 pm the day before it is required (However, we will try and accommodate late requests where possible. Late requests may need to be delivered slightly later than usual, and may not always precisely match required menu, but please ask as we will always endeavour to help).

Cancellations or amendments must be made by 4 pm the day before at the latest. (Again, with amendments, we will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfil your needs at late notice).

Special diets, such as gluten free, can be accommodated – we can provide either a boxed salad (with a choice of filling), or gluten free rolls & cakes with fruit – both at a cost of £5.00 per head. Please enquire for any other dietary requirements.

If a product is ever unavailable, it may be substituted with another item without prior notice, although this is a rarity and will be avoided wherever possible.

We cannot guarantee that any of our products do not contain nuts, so for any nut allergies, we recommend ordering a boxed salad (with a choice of filling) – however these will not be labelled as “nut free”.

All of our buffets are provided on either glass effect or slate platters, with complimentary disposable plates, cutlery (when required) and napkins. We will collect the platters from you after use. Please note that any breakages or non -returned items will incur a replacement fee.

If you wish to hire crockery and/or cutlery, this can be arranged for additional cost.
