Placing an order:
Please place your order by 12 noon the day prior, after this time we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your order.

Minimum order:
£30.00 plus VAT for each lunch order
£50.00 plus VAT for each breakfast order (Please check before ordering that we can deliver to your location for breakfast)
Delivery:
Breakfast deliveries are made between the hours of 7:30am – 8:30am (see website for delivery locations)
Lunch deliveries will be made by 12 noon (Subject to matters out of our control)
All box lunches and buffets are delivered in our thermo cools boxes to ensure your food remains fresh until required.
Cancellation:
If you advise us of a cancellation by 12 noon the day prior to your order there will be no cancellation charge. Full cancellation charges will apply after that time.
For orders of 25 covers or more 36 hours’ notice is required prior to the delivery day. Full cancellation charges will apply after this time.
Payment:
If you have an approved account with us, payment must be made within 14 days of invoice.
If you do not have an account payment must be made prior to delivery.
Menus:
All menus’ options are subject to change due to availability
All buffets’ menus are supplied with appropriate plates, napkins and cutlery. Box buffet menus are supplied with napkins and appropriate cutlery.
